Paolo Rossi (Italy) and Mario Kempes (Argentina). Both have won all the three honours (World Cup Title, Golden Ball and Golden Boot) at a single World Cup, Paolo Rossi achieved the honour in 1982 FIFA World Cup emulating what Mario Kempes achieved four years ago.
